By using Muse Quest, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
1. Service Content
Muse Quest is a knowledge quiz and RPG growth experience, including formal quizzes, question banks, leaderboards, titles, items, shop, support, cloud sync, and related public pages.
2. Account and Security
- You should provide accurate login and support information and protect your account security.
- You may not rent, sell, transfer accounts, or impersonate others using their accounts.
- If unauthorized use is found, contact us immediately.
3. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
Official scores, leaderboards, purchased assets, rewards, and question-bank validation follow server data. You must not engage in the following behavior:
- Cheating, cracking, modifying the app, repackaging APK / IPA files, replacing signatures, or bypassing integrity checks.
- Falsifying payments, replaying receipts, abusing refunds or chargebacks, or trying to obtain unpaid products.
- Automated score farming, bots, scripts, packet replay, API abuse, or mass account creation.
- Tampering with local question packs, answers, scores, player data, or formal run status.
- Attacking, scanning, damaging, or interfering with servers, databases, question banks, or other accounts.
If unofficial apps, cracked versions, repackaged builds, or failed integrity checks are detected, we may limit formal quizzes, rankings, purchase delivery, cloud sync, events, and rewards.
4. Virtual Products, Currency, and Subscriptions
- Diamonds, coins, VIP, items, titles, boosts, and other virtual content are only for use inside Muse Quest. They are not cash, deposits, or redeemable financial value.
- We may adjust products, prices, promotions, regional pricing, balance, and delivery conditions.
- Subscription cancellation, refunds, and payment disputes follow Refund & Cancellation Policy and platform rules.
5. Question Bank and Content Rights
Questions, choices, explanations, question packs, characters, icons, interface, system design, and brand content belong to Muse Quest or its licensed sources. You may not copy, distribute, sell, reverse engineer the question bank, or use it to build competing products without authorization.
6. Player Content and Support Data
If you submit support emails, screenshots, bug reports, suggestions, or security reports, you authorize us to use that content as needed to handle issues, improve service, and maintain security.
7. Service Changes, Interruptions, and Termination
We may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the service for maintenance, security, legal requirements, platform policies, operational adjustments, or force majeure. If an account violates the terms, we may restrict features, revoke improperly obtained assets, remove ranking eligibility, suspend, or terminate the account.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided as is. We work to maintain stability and accuracy, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, flawless questions, or availability on every device.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Muse Quest is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Where law does not allow exclusion of specific liability, the limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted.
10. Terms Updates
We may update these terms due to features, laws, platform policies, or operational needs. Material changes will be announced through the app, website, or other reasonable methods. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms.
